Dean's Office and Department Leadership Directory

The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs oversees undergraduate and graduate enrollment management, student success, curricular and accreditation oversight, and faculty development. He is the primary liaison for the Engineering Pathway Advisors, works with the Vice Provost for Student Success to improve retention and shorten all undergraduate students' graduation time, approves all Maseeh College curricular proposals, and assists with transfer student recruitment and academic planning.

The Associate Dean for International Partnerships fosters relationships and creates engineering programs with overseas institutions, mainly in Asia.

The Associate Dean for Research provides leadership for research excellence, overseeing and growing the College’s funded research portfolio.
 

The Assistant Dean for Inclusive Innovation leads efforts of the Maseeh College to increase the representation of historically excluded identities and to increase the economic potential of graduates of the Maseeh College and Portland State University. The ADII oversees a broad portfolio that includes strategies to develop teacher capacity for inclusive STEM education in our P-14 partners, to cultivate the capacity and engagement of faculty and students in the Maseeh College in Inclusive Innovation, and to foster innovative and entrepreneurial mindset for students PK-20.

The Associate Dean for Finance and Administration oversees the College’s budget, human resources, and administration.
