Reservable meeting spaces on campus
Portland State University offers a variety of contemporary meeting spaces in the heart of downtown Portland. Rent the Viking Pavilion at the Peter W. Stott Center, the Smith ballroom, conference rooms, classrooms or terrace space overlooking the campus and city. We prioritize the needs of the PSU community, but these spaces are available to the general public as well.

PORTLAND STATE — PSU departments and student groups can use the online reservation system at events.pdx.edu to see what is available and book meeting spaces in Smith Memorial Student Union, Hoffmann Hall or host tables outside Smith. While there, you can customize your room setups, request catering and request AV from the form directly. The EMS Portal Online Guide can help you learn more about the system.
