Effective leadership requires introspection and intentionally operating from key principles — individually and organizationally. This means gaining clarity on and analyzing alignment between personal and organizational mission, vision, and values. With focus on these areas, and combined with time-tested strategies for persevering despite challenges and setbacks, this course lays an important foundation for organizational leadership development.
