Erica Fulton serves as the operations manager of the Center for Public Service. As operations manager, she provides direction and oversight of the Center’s operations, including human resources management, project proposal development and contracting processes, administrative oversight and strategic guidance, fiscal guidance, and other special initiatives. Prior to starting at PSU in May 2020, Erica spent 15 years working in international and adult education, specializing in English language training and educational program management. Erica holds a master's degree in TESOL, a bachelor's degree in English and Humanities, and a teaching license in 7-12 language arts. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping with her family.
