Authority"We utilized the Center for Public Service for a total cost of compensation study for our city.  The information was incredibly accurate and was delivered on schedule.  The level of detail provided enabled us to ensure that our employees were being compensated appropriately, within the marketplace, and complied with Oregon's Equal Pay Act.  I would recommend CPS without hesitation."

"Thank you so much for providing the job descriptions! You really did a deep dive in finding this information for us and I can't imagine anyone else could do it better, especially given your expertise in the public sector."

“I have been working with PSU for many years regarding my clients’ needs for PECBA-compliant compensation surveys as they relate to union collective bargaining negotiations. Eileen and Sara are such a pleasure to work with. We collaborate as to the parameters of the survey; we review the draft results; and then we get a beautiful final product. As a chief labor negotiator, for City and County local government throughout Oregon, the PSU compensation survey services are invaluable. I can highly recommend this service!”
