Criteria

You must meet the following requirements:

Russian Flagship student and/or Russian major
2.87 overall GPA
2.87 GPA in Russian and WLL classes
Demonstrated academic excellence and financial need
Admission into one of the following study abroad programs: Russian Overseas Flagship; semester-long Russian Language and Area Studies Program (RLASP); Summer RLASP; or any other PSU-approved overseas program for the study of Russian
