After the Event

If many alumni were in attendance at your event, the PSU Alumni Association wants to track that in the CRM database (aka ACE) as alumni engagement. Please email lists of all registrants and attendees along with event info to the PSU Foundation to be added into ACE (this is only necessary if you didn’t use the Box Office for collecting registrations). Also, email the PSU Alumni Association with details on any alumni who were speakers or panelists at your event.

If you took photos at the event, consider posting images of the performers or panelists on social media afterward, tagging these people or groups and saying thanks for participating. You can also email your images to University Communications to be added to the university’s Flickr account.

Consider sending an email to participants and attendees after the event thanking them for attending, and sharing a link to a video or photos of the event. This is also a great opportunity to share information about how they can learn more about the program, how to donate, how to sign up for your email list, and more.
