We are anticipating that the Jim Sells Childcare Subsidy (JSCS) application will open by the end of the year, 2023. However, there are measures that you can take now to prepare. A change to JSCS that we are excited about is that it is moving to ScholarshipUniverse. ScholarshipUniverse is a secure and easy-to-use online scholarship application portal used by Portland State University (PSU). To access ScholarshipUniverse you will need to have submitted an admissions application for PSU and have an activated PSU student (Odin) Account. This takes twenty-four hours, so plan accordingly! Please note that applications will only be accepted through ScholarshipUniverse moving forward. Thank you for your continued patience. We will post updates as soon as they become available.
