Are courses graded?

CEPE courses are graded pass/no pass. Your Certificate of Completion serves as an indicator that you passed the respective course.

What are Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?

The Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is a nationally recognized method of quantifying the time spent in the classroom during noncredit learning. Ten hours of instruction equals one (1) CEU.

How do I get my program certificate?

Electronic program certificates are emailed within a few weeks of completion of the last course in a program. Please contact CEPE at cepe@pdx.edu if you have questions or do not receive your certificate.

Are digital credentials offered?

CEPE offers digital credentials upon completion of any of our certificate programs. This is in addition to the electronic program certificate of completion issued by the Center.

How do I get a CEPE transcript?

Transcripts for noncredit courses are available by filling out this request form here. Please contact cepe@pdx.edu for additional assistance.
