Each year, NPCC partners with the University of Eastern Finland to teach an Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution course. In 2025, the course was held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. 

Through 2021-22, the National Policy Consensus Center did an evaluation on the Oregon Water Resources Department's place-based planning model.
