Visit our new location starting September 10

OIT Helpdesk is moving to the FMH building at 724 SW HarrisonAs of September 10, the OIT Helpdesk will be located in the first floor main lobby of FMH (formerly known as Neuberger Hall).

We're moving from our current location in Smith Memorial Student Union (SMSU) basement to FMH, located one building south along the park blocks at 724 SW Harrison.

The OIT Helpdesk is the first stop for students, faculty, and staff needing assistance with PSU computing resources. Our technicians support and troubleshoot accounts and network connectivity for students, and provide in-depth hardware and software support for faculty and staff. We look forward to helping you in our new location!

 

Google's Classic Hangouts disabled August 19, learn more about new Hangouts Meet 

If you have existing Calendar events with classic Hangouts video calls, those links will no longer be valid after August 19. Classic Hangouts links will be automatically removed from Calendar events, and must be replaced with Hangouts Meet. Read more about Google Hangouts Meet.
