Gilman Scholarship The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program provides funding assistance for undergraduate students who receive a Federal Pell Grant to study or intern abroad. The scholarship supports access to international experiences that might otherwise be financially out of reach. Timeline: There are two application cycles each year, with deadlines typically in March and October.
