SERVICE UPDATE FOR PICKUP/DELIVERY OF MAIL DUE TO COVID-19

Mail Services

  • Campus mail delivery resumes September 17th
  • Mail delivery will occur 3x times per week on M/W/F
  • Off service days departments may stop by University Services Building (USB) 114 to pick up mail
  • Urgent mail service requests during off service days may be requested by contacting mailservices@pdx.edu or calling x4922, requests will be fulfilled if resources are available


Package Deliveries

  • UPS/FedEx drivers will have building access for parcel delivery
  • DHL, Amazon, and USPS packages will continue to go to USB and all other packages that cannot be directly delivered due to building access will continue to go to USB

Services we offer:

Processing Outgoing Official/University-Related Mail 

All outgoing mail must be accompanied by a Mail Services Billing Card. Download a printable template below.

  • USPS (express, priority, first-class, media mail)
  • USPS (bulk mail)
  • UPS, Fedex
  • DHL (international express only)
  • Intra-campus mail

Processing Incoming Official/University-Related Mail

  • USPS & other major carriers (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.)
  • Freight (Freight deliveries must be scheduled at least 24 hours/1 business day prior to delivery attempt. Make an appointment or review guidelines below)
  • Distribution of intra-campus mailings (campus mail)
