Facilities & Property Management Office Hours

Front Desk Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Facilities & Property Management is located in the University Services Building Suite 202.

Note: Our office will be closed on 12/22 & 12/23 for minor construction. For key return during this time, please visit the lobby of Campus Public Safety. To arrange key pick up during this time, please contact keys@pdx.edu.

PSU will be closed on December 25 & 26 and January 1 & 2. For urgent building requests, call 503.725.2349 or 503.725.5911.

The suite is accessible through the East (6th Avenue) entrance. After entering the building, take an immediate left turn followed by a right turn and continue to the elevator. The suite is on level 2.

If you are unable to visit us during the hours above, please contact us at keys@pdx.edu to schedule an appointment for key pick-up, drop-off, or check-out. Key return is available 24/7 through the drop box located in the lobby of Campus Public Safety.

Welcome to Facilities and Property Management

We support student success by maintaining and continually improving PSU's campus, including 50 acres and 5 million square feet of office, housing, classroom, conferencing, and retail spaces.

Facilities and Property Management (FPM) is part of Planning, Construction, and Real Estate. FPM collaborates with campus partners to ensure the PSU buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems are well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, clean, functional, and safe for the campus community. Our team is passionate about providing the highest levels of quality craftsmanship, customer service, and teamwork through sustainable practices. We take pride in supporting the mission of the University through responsible stewardship of the physical environment.
