Important Facilities Update

Our department open hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Facilities is located in University Services Building Suite 202.

The suite is accessible through the East (6th Avenue) entrance. After entering the building, take an immediate left turn followed by a right turn and continue to the elevator. The suite is on level 2.

Welcome to Facilities and Property Management

We support student success by maintaining and continually improving PSU's campus, including 50 acres and 5 million square feet of office, housing, classroom, conferencing, and retail spaces.

Facilities and Property Management (FPM) is a part of the Office of Planning, Construction, and Real Estate. FPM coordinates with multiple campus partners to ensure that PSU grounds, buildings, and mechanical systems are well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, clean, functional, and safe for employees, students, and guests. Our team of talented administrative staff, skilled tradespeople and managers are passionate about providing the highest levels of quality craftsmanship, customer services, and teamwork through sustainable practices.
