The Maseeh College International Programs Office (MCIPO) provides high quality educational experiences that equip students at PSU and overseas with the skills to work in a globalized world, while enhancing PSU’s profile domestically and internationally. Our current partners are Changchun University of Technology (CCUT) and Jilin Jianzhu University (JLJU), and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT), where we offer dual degree programs in electrical and computer engineering, computer science, and civil engineering.
Changchun Programs
The MCIPO participates in two joint-teaching partnerships in Jilin Province in China: Changchun University of Technology (CCUT) and Jilin Jianzhu University (JLJU). At CCUT, we offer 2+2 undergraduate degrees leading to a BS Electrical Engineering Automation (since Fall 2013) and BS Computer Science (since Fall 2014). At JLJU, we offer a 2+2 BS in Civil Engineering (since Fall 2014).
Portland Institute Nanjing (PIN)
The Portland Institute Nanjing (PIN) is an international learning community involving Portland State University and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT). We offer two dual BS degrees, one in Telecommunications Engineering and the other in Electronics Science and Technology Engineering, and an MS degree in Telecommunication and Information Systems.
In the spirit of international collaboration, the Institute draws on the expertise of professors from PSU and NJUPT to jointly design high quality international degree programs. The college is committed to cultivating professionals who are well prepared to engage in global collaboration, research, and innovation in the field of international electronic information engineering science.
