Professional Scope

As the Associate Vice Provost for Global Engagement in OGEI, I work with faculty, international and domestic students, academic leadership, and strategic global partners to lead university-wide internationalization strategies, oversee global safety and regulatory compliance, advance competitive student and faculty fellowships, and cultivate institutional international partnerships. 

I serve as the Director of International Partnerships and the Portland Center and as the Interim Director of Education Abroad. 

How I Can Help

• International Partnerships & MOUs: Strategic vetting, negotiation, and establishment of international institutional agreements and program partnerships
• Faculty & Staff Travel Support: Pre-trip safety briefings, regulatory guidance, and travel planning support for university work abroad
• Campus Internationalization Strategy: Executive leadership for university-wide global initiatives, including the Internationalization Council, International Leadership Team, and other working groups
• Global Portfolio Guidance: Strategic direction and referrals across all OGEI units

Global & Cultural Engagement

• Languages Spoken: English (birth language); French (conversational)
• Global Experience: Have lived and worked in South Korea, lived and earned a degree in England, and traveled extensively in Asia and Europe
