HOURS OF OPERATION
Staff are available by appointment only.
The Education Abroad staff are generally available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Our team is typically on campus Monday through Thursday and works remotely on Fridays.
Voicemail and emails are checked regularly, and in-person, phone, and virtual drop-in advising are available for students and staff Monday–Friday classes are in session.*

- For general questions about Education Abroad, or if you are unsure who to contact, please email edabroad@pdx.edu or join a Student Mentor-Led drop-in advising session (note: drop-in advising is available only while classes are in session. Please refer to the PSU Academic Calendar). You may also call our office at 503-725-4095. If you leave a voicemail, be sure to include your email address so we can follow up with you.
- For general questions about faculty-led programs, please contact facultyled@pdx.edu.
- For program-specific questions, review the advisor listed on each program page and schedule an appointment using the links provided below. If your inquiry is urgent, you may email the advisor directly.
- PSU has also developed a FAQ website to answer general questions.
