Campus Events & Student Union - Reservable Venues

Portland State departments and student groups can use the online reservation system to book meeting spaces in Smith Memorial Student Union, Hoffmann Hall and to host tables outside Smith. Visit events.pdx.edu and log in to see meeting spaces that are available for booking in real time. While there, you can customize your room setups, request catering and request AV from the form directly. The EMS Portal Online Guide can help you learn more about the system.

For all others interested in meeting space at PSU — including Viking Pavilion at the Peter W. Stott Center, the largest event space on campus — please complete the Event Inquiry Form or contact the Portland State Campus Events & Student Union office directly. 

 

Viking Pavilion at the Peter W. Stott Center

The new Viking Pavilion at the Peter W. Stott Center is a sustainably designed and functionally flexible event space and sports arena with stunning views of the South Park Blocks.

Hoffmann Hall

Located next to the beautiful Walk of the Heroines, Hoffmann Hall is a state-of-the-art facility with a multi-media lecture hall.

Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art at Portland State University

Now open on campus, this contemporary museum space occupies 7,500 square feet on two floors overlooking Southwest Broadway. The Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art at PSU offers rich educational and collaborative opportunities, and free and accessible art experiences to the Portland State community and the public. When the museum isn't open, the JSMA@PSU and attached classroom are available to rent for events such as talks and receptions for up to 220 guests.
