Data analytics is the process of retrieving information out of large quantities of raw data - to convert to useful knowledge, essentially turning information into action. This practical course will provide students with an overview of Data Analytics as well as all aspects of the analytics cycle, including warehousing, mining, analysis, and visualization. Students will also be introduced to key vocabulary and concepts to be able to communicate with data effectively within their organization.
