Develop novel techniques using a focused ion beam (FIB) system to fabricate electron nanodevices. Investigate graphene and CNTs as building blocks for nanoelectronics. Explore various nanostructures including CNTs, metal/metal oxide nanoparticles and their hybrids for biomedical applications.
