Service Description
Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) is a generative AI-based tool from Google that is grounded on data from sources you provide, and then synthesized to answer your questions and make inferences, complete with citations. The sources you provide can be documents and files like Google Docs, sheets and Slides, PDFs, text files, audio files, and web URLs (including links to public YouTube videos). Gemini Notebook can also produce podcast-like audio and videos where it explores the sources you've given it, create mind maps, slide decks, and study guides.
Gemini Notebook differs from the Gemini app in that it depends on the content you provide it to provide answers, while the Gemini app utilizes on content from the broader internet.
