Serve Your City Series Program

Like our Serve Your City "Shorts," our Serve Your City Series Program creates intentional avenues for students to get involved in the community, but this program focuses on multiple or recurring service opportunities. 

Our Serve Your City *Series* opportunities are designed to engage students in multi-week service projects with a specific community partner, allowing you to dig in a bit deeper and return to the same organization multiple times in a term or year. These opportunities are a great way to meet other PSU students, get to know an organization, explore community issues through hands-on service. 
 

Spring 2024 *Series* Opportunities:

• Serve a Weekly Meal at Blanchet House
  • Saturdays throughout Spring Term starting April 13th | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
• Fashion Sorting Party with Dress for Success Oregon 
  • Bi-weekly on Thursdays starting April 11th | 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
• Grocery Shop for Homebound Seniors
  • Weekly on Thursdays starting May 9th | 8:30 am - 10:30 am

It’s been a great opportunity to get out of the house and meet other students. It’s fun to pack up the boxes and be out in the sunshine and really contribute to the community in a positive way.
