Creating understanding and solutions

Applied psychology creates understanding and solutions to enhance lives and address societal problems. In our research, we use science to generate knowledge that guides action and frames policy in the contexts and settings of daily life.

We offer a major and minor in Psychology, as well as a combined master's and doctoral program in Applied Psychology.

Our office in 317 Cramer Hall is open for Fall term Mondays through Fridays from 9AM-5PM.

Outside of these hours you can still reach us through the following methods Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM:

For general inquiries: email or leave a voicemail on the office phone line at 503-725-3923. These are both checked regularly and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

For advising questions: email or visit the Advising page

If you need immediate assistance and can't reach us, please visit the CLAS Dean's Office Virtual Front Desk Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
