Heather Dodge is a human resources leader with over 17 years of expertise within the employee benefits field, working for Kindercare Education, Ecova and Qorva. Her diverse industry experience spans transportation, healthcare, retail, metal and mining, high-tech, energy and education in both the private and public sectors.
Heather is passionate about developing personalized, engaging and well-communicated benefit plans and programs that balance the employee experience with leadership vision and fiscal responsibility. She served as a board member of the Columbia Willamette Compensation Group. Heather earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Oregon and is undergoing certification for the 401(k) Fiduciary Program designation (C(k)PF).
