The Water Policy and Innovation Service (Service) is a joint project of Portland State University, Eastern Oregon University, and Southern Oregon University. The Service pulls expertise in water and policy to meet the needs of particular projects. The Service’s goal is to provide objective, third party analysis of options and considerations to the collaboratives and decision makers wrestling with some of Oregon’s toughest water policy challenges.
