Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update

The IDSC and Cramer Hall labs and computer classrooms are closed until further notice. The Millar Library and Fariborz Maseeh Hall (FMH) computer labs are still open, with adjusted schedules. Before visiting, please check available times listed below.


Office of Information Technology (OIT) computer labs are available to PSU students, faculty, and staff. They are closed during university holidays and closures

Adaptive Technology workstations are available. Visit the Accessible Computer Station Locations map for a list of available Adaptive Technology resources. Contact the Disability Resource Center for more information, and for help using adaptive technology at PSU.

Millar Library Labs

March 30 to April 12 (first two weeks of term)
Monday through Friday –  9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Weekends – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Apr 13 to Finals week (remainder of term)
Monday through Friday –  9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Weekends – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Fariborz Maseeh Hall (FMH) Lab

Starting March 30, 2020
Monday through Friday - 9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Weekends - Closed

Virtual Computer Lab

With the Office of Information Technology (OIT)'s new Virtual Computer Lab, students can use a personal laptop or desktop computer to connect to virtual computers that run a selection of academic software applications, at any time and from any location (both on and off campus). For details and availability, visit the Virtual Computer Lab article in the PSU Help Center.

Further Resources

Many departments on campus have their own computer labs, such as: the College of Urban & Public Affairs (CUPA) labs, the Math lab, and the Graduate School of Education lab. These are not general access labs, but they are often available when classes are not in session. Check with your department to see if they operate computer labs on campus.
