Several faculty researchers and a graduate assistant presented at the Oregon Office of Rural Health's 2023 Forum on Aging in Rural Oregon in Seaside over May 15 - May 17. Paula Carder presented a session on "Supporting the Long-Term Workforce Well-Being"; Walter Dawson presented a session on "Dementia in Rural Oregon: Envisioning Support Across the Care Continuum" and a plenary session called "Are We Ready? Meeting the Behavioral Health Needs of Older Adults in Rural Oregon"; and Jacklyn Kohon and Dani Himes presented a session on "Climate Emergencies and Resources for Building Resilience".
