by Currently February 11th 2021 Share Facebook Twitter Verena Hutter, world languages and literatures adjunct faculty, was awarded the Women in German Professional Development Award for Contingency Faculty to attend the Modern Language Association (MLA) International Symposium in Glasgow, Scotland this June, and the 46th Annual Women in German (WiG) conference in Portland this November. Priya Kapoor, international and global studies faculty, was invited to participate in the global book launch for the anthology “Community Radio in South Asia: Reclaiming the Airwaves,” published by Routledge in 2020, for which she is a contributor.
