Zone Maintenance is a departmental subset of Facilities and Property Management (FPM) Which provides maintenance services and capital planning to all self-support units on campus, including but not limited to the following properties:
- Corbett Building
- Housing Maintenance
- Native American Student and Community Center
- Parking Maintenance
- Peter W. Stott Center
- Science and Education Center
- Smith Memorial Student Union Maintenance
- University Place Hotel Maintenance
