What is a collaborative event?

We seek to collaborate with students, community partners, university units, and student organizations. Collaborations differ from reservation requests (above) as they include the use of Cultural Resource Centers staff time, resources, and systems beyond our physical spaces. Collaborations require the following components:

  • -Active PSU Student Leaders
  • -Meaningful Connection with our Mission
  • -*We do not host recurring events (ie: weekly), rarely host film screenings, and do not approve recruiting events
  • -We strongly suggest groups submit a Collaboration Request 4  to 5 weeks prior to the anticipated event date. If you event is coming up sooner than this, please contact the Program Coordinator of the center you would like to collaborate with. 
  • -Agreement to our Use of Space Guidelines (VERY IMPORTANT)
