Sule Balkan brings more than 20 years’ experience in big data, cognitive computing, and advanced analytics. She served as the director of the Big Data Certificate Program and associate professor at the Institute of Business and Management at National Chiao Tung University. As the director of information management for Ameriprise and senior manager for American Express, Sule led a team of data scientists and programmers to create data-driven solutions for business problems.
Sule’s experience includes predictive analytics-driven campaign management, end to end data and information management systems, and creating prospect databases for marketing optimization. She earned a BS in Economics from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and a PhD in Economics from the University of Arizona.
