Professional Networking Platform, PSU Works, Connects Alumni and Students

Portland State University alumni can now connect with other graduates through PSU Works, a professional networking platform exclusive to the PSU community. Here, members can interact with former Vikings or act as mentors, guiding current students as they begin their career journeys.  

Registration is easy and takes just a few minutes when linked directly to existing social media accounts. Once registered, alumni can join discussion boards to make valuable professional connections and give back by sharing their own experiences with current students and recent graduates.  

"This is an amazing opportunity for PSU graduates at all stages in their professional journey to share their expertise and help others reach their career goals," says Claire Michie, Senior Director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving. "With so many alumni residing in the Portland area, we hope PSU Works can foster life-long connections so our collective knowledge can truly serve the city." 

The platform will initially be open to PSU graduates and will invite current students later in the year. Alumni interested in learning more or signing up can visit the PSU Works website today.
