Calendar Join us for an evening of music and remembrance as we celebrate the enduring legacy of Nancy King—an iconic vocalist, mentor, and treasured force in the Portland jazz community and beyond. Though she recently passed, her voice, spirit, and influence continue to resonate. Perennial honors what lasts, and Nancy’s artistry is just that: timeless. Featuring heartfelt performances from students and faculty of the PSU Jazz Area, plus King's lifelong collaborators, Steve Christofferson on piano, Ed Bennett on the bass, and Todd Strait on drums.
