Chai-spresso Martini

Try this cozy and spiced wintery spin on the loved espresso martini from Freeland Spirits.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Freeland Dry Gin
 
1 oz Freeland Chai Spice Liqueur
 
0.5 oz simple syrup
 
0.5 oz cold brew concentrate
 
2-3 dashes ginger bitters
 

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with: Coffee beans, candied ginger, etc.

Holiday Spritz

A non-alcoholic spritzy celebration of winter flavors from Wilderton Aperitivo.
 

Ingredients

1.5 oz Wilderton Citrus Aperitivo
 
3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine
 
0.75 oz 100% cranberry juice
 
0.25 simple syrup
 
0.25 lemon juice
 
Kumquats and rosemary sprigs, for garnish
 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the flute, except wine, with 1-2 ice cubes.
  2. Stir 3 times to integrate.
  3. Finish with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and kumquats on a pick.

Thanksgiving Mimosa

This cocktail from Kramer Vineyards combines the delightful flavors of apple and orange, making it a great addition to your Thanksgiving celebration.

Ingredients

3 oz Kramer Vineyards Dry Sparkling wine or Pinot Gris
 
2 oz Apple cider
 
1 oz Orange liqueur
 
Thin apple slice and cinnamon stick, for garnish
 

Directions

  1. Start with chilled ingredients.
  2. Pour the orange liqueur into your preferred stemware.
  3. Next, pour the apple cider over the liqueur.
  4. Carefully top with chilled sparkling wine, pouring slowly and down the side to avoid excessive fizz.
  5. Give the mixture a gentle stir.
  6. Garnish with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick for a festive touch.

For a non-alcoholic modification, use Martinelli's sparkling cider and orange sparkling water instead of wine.  Add a splash of orange juice to substitute for the orange liqueur and garnish with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
