CEPE’s Spring Customer Success program is open for registration! This 6-week non-credit certificate program provides insights into the core principles and practices of Customer Success Managers, focusing on achieving customer outcomes. As a result, companies experience increased customer lifetime value, lower churn rates, and higher revenue. The program combines weekly instructor-led live sessions online with structured independent learning. Guest experts will also share their real-world experiences and insights with participants.
Spring 2025 class schedule: May 28, June 4, 11, 18, 25, & July 2; six (6) live sessions on Wednesdays from 12:00 - 2:00 pm PT each week (will be recorded). Discounts may be available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
79% refund: midnight, ten days before the first day of a course start. (PSU charges a 21% administrative fee for CEPE refunds)
0% refund: 12:01 a.m., nine days before the first day of the course or later.
Please note: CEPE has the right to cancel a course if we do not meet the minimum number of enrollments. A full refund (minus the credit card surcharge) will be issued if this is the case.
