Reporting Accessibility Issues

Accessibility Statement

Portland State University (PSU) is committed to making its electronic and information technologies, including its website, accessible to individuals with disabilities by meeting or exceeding the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C’s) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content. 

Report an Issue

If you wish to report an issue related to the accessibility of any content on PSU’s website you may do so in any of the following ways:

  1. Email the Electronic Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Coordinator at accessibility@pdx.edu. Please include the web address or URL along with a detailed description of the problems you have encountered.
  2. Submit written correspondence to: Julie Caron, ADA/504 Coordinator, Office of Global Diversity & Inclusion, 1600 SW 4th Ave, Suite 830 Portland Oregon 97207. In your correspondence, please include the web address or URL along with a detailed description of the problems you have encountered. 

File a Complaint

If you wish to file a formal Section 504 or ADA (Title II) complaint about the accessibility of any content on PSU’s website you may do so in any of the following ways:

  1. File an on-line complaint with PSU’s Office of Global Diversity & Inclusion, Equity & Compliance via Equity & Compliance’s website. In your correspondence, please include the web address or URL along with a detailed description of your complaint.
