Graduate Admissions

Do more, solve more, become more.

We need engineers who can tackle the complex problems of today and overcome the challenges of tomorrow. Computer scientists who can evolve cyber systems and mitigate global risk. Analysts able to dive into a sea of data and extract what’s essential. Researchers who innovate to improve the health of our planet. A graduate degree from the Maseeh College of Engineering & Computer Science prepares you to do all these things and more.

Admissions Requirements

Each program and department has deadlines, procedures, and requirements in addition to the minimum admissions requirements of the graduate school. Review the department's requirements:

Apply to Graduate School

All applications to each of our programs are done through the graduate school. Visit their page to learn about minimum requirements and what you will need to apply.

Graduate Assistantships

Our graduate programs offer graduate assistantships that are awarded by the academic programs. Graduate Assistants (GAs) are graduate students who are hired to perform instructional, research, or administrative duties. The goal of any assistantship is to provide a service to the University and to aid the student in the successful completion of their graduate degree by providing employment related to their academic program and professional goals. Decisions on GRA and GTA positions are separate from admissions decisions.  Contact and explore each department for additional information about how to obtain a GA in the program.

Scholarships

As a current or future graduate student, you may also apply for University Scholarships using PSU's Online Scholarship Application; the deadline for graduate student scholarship applications is February 1. Additional scholarship opportunities can be found on the Scholarships and Awards page maintained by the Office of Graduate Studies.
