OIT provides wired gigabit ethernet access in offices, labs, classrooms, and some event spaces.
Service Details
Wired ethernet data jacks may be deactivated after a period of 2 years of inactivity if there is insufficient switch port capacity for new jack activations, or when network hardware needs to be replaced at the end of its service life.

Charges and Fees
Each data jack activation costs $40 (plus $65/hour for any required telecom technician labor).
