Service Description

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) collaborates with departmental subject matter experts and front-line support teams to develop accessible, inclusive, and usable campus-facing support content for the PSU Help Center that helps end users understand supported services and technologies. 

Service Details

Campus-facing support content includes any written or multimedia support content in the PSU Help Center, designed to enable the community to understand and use PSU services and technologies as easily and intuitively as possible. OIT supports departments in the development and maintenance of accessible, inclusive, and usable support content through consultation and editorial support for campus-facing PSU Help Center content.
