The Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides conference room technology to campus units that would like audio visual equipment in their spaces
Service details
Conference room technology is offered in standard packages based on the size of the room. Additional functionality can be added via optional add-ons.
The service includes initial installation and escalated support.
Charges and fees
There is a one-time installation fee and a service call fee for escalated support of conference room technology. Reference Conference Room AV service level agreement for details.
