Upcoming Changes to Duo Mobile

Beginning Friday, January 26th, Portland State University’s Duo Two-Factor Authentication will have a new look when logging into Single Sign-on (SSO)! This update comes with added security features as well as a more transparent workflow on the device you’re logging into.

The New Look

Here are a few key security features to take note of:

  • The PSU Logo is in the top-left corner of the prompt in your browser and push notification.
  • Verify the Device Name and the last 4 digits of your phone number in the browser prompt.
  • Verify your Company, Location, Timestamp, and your Odin ID on the phone push (Calls and SMS are still available)
