Migration from Jamf Pro to Jamf Cloud

As a cost saving measure, on Sep 17, 2026 we will be migrating from our on prem Jamf Pro to Jamf Cloud. During this time all Jamf services including Self-Service Software will be offline. After the migration when you log into Self-Service Software, you will first see a Microsoft dialog box asking for your email address. Enter your PSU email address and select Enter. You will then be presented with the familiar PSU SSO. Finish logging in as per usual.
