Founder of E3 Craft Strategies, Marty Ochs came to Portland State University via a meandering path through multiple marketing management roles with large organizations and small breweries that became some of the fastest-growing breweries in the United States. His roles included working as the president of sales for Brew Pipeline, Inc. and as vice president of sales for Ninkasi Brewing. He is inspired by a quote from Spinoza, “sub specie aeternitatis,” a reminder that his role is to guide students and clients to see the trees through the forest.
Marty focuses on quality and has a holistic view of growth strategy within the business ecosystem. Marty earned a BA in Advertising and Broadcast Journalism Management from Arizona State University.
