Lori Emerick, principal of the Aspen Group, brings more than 20 years of organizational and leadership development expertise to her teaching work. She has professional experience across multiple industries and non-profit organizations, such as Intel, Nike, and Kaiser Permanente. Lori’s roles have spanned human resources, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, team facilitation, and process excellence.
Lori helps leaders and their organizations solve complex problems, and she is sought out for her collaborative, creative, and inclusive approach to partnering with clients and helping students. Lori earned a BA in Business Administration from Carroll College, an MBA in Human Resource Management/Organizational Development from Seattle Pacific University, and is a Master Practitioner for The Wiseman Group.
