Irene Lee has worked in Change Management across various industries, including sportswear/apparel, technology, and healthcare. More recently, she has worked with Nike and Columbia Sportswear to help drive transformational changes within their organizations. Irene’s experience includes both in-house Change Management as well as external consulting. She also engages with her local community by offering pro bono Change and Organizational Development services to Portland-based nonprofits.
Irene is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where she earned her BA in International Studies, and the University of Southern California, where she earned her MS in Education. In addition to her degrees, she is also a PROSCI-certified change practitioner and holds a certificate in Strategic Organizational Management from Portland State University.
