David Richards has served as a leadership and executive development professional at Intel for the past 12 years, and he previously worked at Nike as a Supply Chain Manager. He has created and directed a successful portfolio of executive and leadership development programs and solutions to accelerate a pipeline of high performing leaders.
David earned his BA in Business Administration from Weber State University and holds a leadership coaching certificate from New Ventures West, which he has employed in coaching senior leaders across multiple divisions at Intel. He is also certified to deliver and interpret the Hogan Assessment & Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI).
