Dr. David Hall is an SEM Coach with Energy 350, an Adjunct Professor at Portland State University, and a facilitator and consultant through his private practice, Seed Pattern, LLC. Dave earned a Ph.D. in Systems Science: Psychology and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
As a consultant and educator, Dave appreciates the opportunity to work with people towards creating better ways to live and work together. With a keen eye towards organizational culture and the factors that support and undermine collaboration, Dave brings expertise to the human dimensions of organizational life and process improvement. He employs a whole systems approach to his work, uniting theory and practice to engage and empower people to affect change.
Beyond work he enjoys time out of doors (especially with his daughter), going down rabbit holes, DIY projects, and lying on the ground without agenda.
