Ashlie Grundy is a graduate of Warner Pacific College University in Portland. A human resources professional with expertise in leadership, coaching, and recruitment, Ashlie has extensive experience in supporting business success by identifying future talent and developing current staff.
Ashlie has held previous consulting and leadership roles in a variety of organizations including the City of Portland and Oregon Health & Science University. She is currently the DEIB and Talent Management Strategist for the Southern California Association of Governments. Ashlie also owns and operates an HR consulting firm, Aim Hire, LLC dedicated to creating authentic spaces for individuals and teams to achieve their best work.
