Frequently Asked Registration or Enrollment Questions

Please note that there are no prerequisites for CEPE’s non-credit courses or an application process. Students don’t need to be admitted to PSU as we have a separate registration system.

How do students register for courses?

How do students access the registration portal (Destiny)?

Students can view the registration portal to check their current and past courses, pay any outstanding balances, and more at noncredit.pdx.edu.


 
 
 

How do students enroll in courses if they’re not paying with a credit card?

Students can visit the 'How to Register' page to find the best method for paying for their courses, which can be done via check or purchase order.


 
 
 

What is the deadline for enrollment?

As students register for courses individually, the enrollment deadline depends on the start date of the specific course they plan to enroll in. Please contact CEPE at cepe@pdx.edu for further information.


 
 
 

Do students need to take courses in a specific order to receive a certificate?

Courses may be taken individually. If a student is pursuing the certificate, all courses in the certificate program must be completed within three years. Although courses can be taken in any order, some courses are recommended to be taken first or before a certain course. More information will be provided on the programs page.


 
 
 

Can students take any CEPE courses individually?

Yes, students can enroll in one or as many courses as they wish. If pursuing the certificate, all courses in the certificate program must be completed within three years.
